We do not accept all sites that are submitted. The fee of $9 is for our review of your website and does not guarantee inclusion. We review sites occasionally to ensure that they are still functioning, and are still legitimate resources, which is covered by the small yearly fee of $9. Sites that do not pass our quality guidelines will not be charged beyond the first fee for review. Although we try to send out Paypal invoices in advance, rour credit card may be charged the annual renewal fee automatically without notice. If you wish to cancel your listing review service, please notify us in advance of at least 30 days prior to your renewal date.

If you are a dentist, dental school, oral surgeon, etcetera, we are about 99 percent likely to include your site if it is submitted. The only people who have to worry about not being included are made-for-adsense sites, spam sites, link farms, sites with objectionable (read: adult, racist, etc.) content, and websites that are just plain factually inaccurate and / or misleading. The average dentist or website owner has nothing to worry about, although we request that you follow these submission guidelines:

Please submit to the most appropriate category, which includes down to the State-level for general and cosmetic dentists.

Please do not stuff the title of your site with keywords. For instance, if your dental office is called "Rocky Mountain Smiles" (we do not know if this is a real business name. It is just an example) do NOT submit the title of your site as "Denver Cosmetic Dentist". However, we will allow descriptive keywords within reason. For instance, you might put "Rocky Mountain Smiles of Denver" or "Rocky Mountain Smiles Dental Offices".

Please do not submit sites that are under construction. Instead, finish your website and come back to submit when it is complete.

We reserve the right to change these guidelines and terms without notice at any time. We might do so, for instance, by adding new rules if we find that people are trying to take advantage of the site in some way or otherwise mislead our visitors.
